My paper titled "Porohanon as an island language" won the E. Arsenio Manuel Best Student Paper Award in the 44th Ugnayang Pang-Aghamtao, Inc. (UGAT) Conference held in Marinduque State College from 26-28 October, 2022. The award is named after Esperidion Arsenio Manuel, a professor emeritus of anthropology at the University of the Philippines.
