Michael is a current graduate student under the Engineering Research and Development for Technology (ERDT) scholarship program. His undergraduate research was about the fabrication of polymeric membranes for sustainable water treatment systems. Currently, he is interested in studying sustainable food systems and the possibility of a circular economy. He spends his free time learning the Chinese language, reading articles, and watching documentaries and TV shows.
