Dr Jhud Aberilla presents virtual paper at NAST Talent Search for Young Scientists

March 23, 2021

One of the SPaRC's papers “An integrated sustainability assessment of synergistic supply of energy and water in remote communities” was chosen as a finalist for the 2021 NAST Talent Search for Young Scientists hosted by the Philippine National Academy of Science and Technology. This competition is a project of NAST PHL to encourage young people to pursue a career in science.

British Council holds webinar on Green Careers in East Asia

Jhud Aberilla joins the panel of speakers for the Study UK webinar "Exploring the paths into green careers: accounts from East Asia" hosted by the British Council. Over 2,000 participants registered to learn more about the different opportunities for the youth to get involved in a green career. It forms part of a global webinar series called Green Careers that the British Council is holding in 2021 in the run up to COP26. The series will explore the different careers that exist within the green sector and some of the routes into them, with a particular focus on the UK's higher education...
