The 15th Philippine Linguistics Congress (15PLC) was held from 23-25 August 2023 at the NISMED Auditorium, University of the Philippines Diliman. Maria Kristina S. Gallego, Honeylet Dumoran, and myself gave a plenary lecture titled Philippine historical and comparative linguistics from below on the first day of the conference.
