To my current and former research students (especially those who took the course during the 2nd Sem, AY 2019-2020, and 1st Sem, 2020-2021):

The past semesters have been very disruptive to the extent that elements of the course content were not thoroughly discussed during our sync sessions. Admittedly, I've had my fair share of shortcomings. But more importantly, I do not want students to feel shortchanged in the delivery of the course, given that most of you have already moved on enlisting in other higher research courses.
