The Office of the College Secretary (OCS) primarily coordinates with academic departments, through the Student Records Office (SRO) for student admission, retention and graduation from the college, including administration of scholarship programs.
The Student Records Office also coordinates with the college student body, through the Student Council and other student organizations, for student activities the whole year round.
The primary tasks of the SRO involve implementation/coordination/ supervision of policies, rules, regulations and activities affecting students; computerization and safekeeping/recording/filing of student records services; and, preparation of all documents related to admission evaluation course offerings/schedules, advising enrolment, report of grades, status of students, graduation, clearances among others.
