REDO conducts social development courses for the continuing education of its partners and other social development practitioners. Regular courses offered are:

  • Community Organizing Work amidst Evolving Concerns in Social Development;
  • Engaging in Advocacy Work: An Essential Skill for Social Development Practitioners;
  • Enhancing the Supervisor’s Capability in Mentoring and Coaching; and
  • Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation of Social Development Projects.

To develop a module or curriculum, to respond on specific agency needs, a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) is conducted. REDO is also actively involved in various advocacy efforts to address issues on agrarian reform, workers’ welfare, children’s rights, gender, rights and welfare of older persons, indigenous peoples, and education in consonance with the vision, mission and goals of the CSWCD.
