I was invited to serve as reactor/discussant to linguist R. David Zorc's lecture "Mindanao and Proto-Southern Philippines" last March 27, 2025. The event was organized by the Department of Social Sciences (DSS) and DUGONG-Anthro as their contribution to the College of Humanities and Social Sciences (CHSS) week in celebration of UP Mindanao's 30th anniversary.
I was invited to be a resource speaker and trainer to the students, faculty, and research staff of the Tarlac State University (TSU) in their plans to do a folklore and cultural mapping of the Municipality of Pura, Province of Tarlac.
Last 25 November 2024, I served as discussant to Assistant Professor Edward G. Estrera's lecture titled The Verbal Morphology of Tëduray. The lecture was part of the Emmanuel Nabayra Lecture Series organized by the Department of Social Sciences, University of the Philippines Mindanao.
