How to Create an Account

 

(1) If you have an existing UP (@up.edu.ph) email address, you can use it to log in via https://dev.conference.dilc.info/. Otherwise, proceed to (2).

Click LOG IN in the upper right corner of the webpage.

Then, the page below will show up. Click GOOGLE and choose your UP email account to sign in.

This will now direct you to your dashboard as shown below:

(2) If you do not have an existing UP email address, kindly answer the following Google Form https://forms.gle/3F65zZhfTG3ojssc8. Input your preferred username, First Name, Last Name, and valid email address.

Creation of accounts will take about 1-3 working days. If you have not received your log in credentials after 3 working days, please notify us at ncrte.upd@up.edu.ph.

Once you receive your username and password, log in via https://dev.conference.dilc.info/. Click LOG IN in the upper right corner of the webpage.

Afterwards, enter your username and password, then click LOG IN.

This will now direct you to your dashboard as shown below:
