SocioSphere - The Sociology Core Group
The Socio Sphere is a group of sociology undergraduate majors who volunteer to coordinate student activities and serve as liaison between Sociology majors, the CSSP Student Council, and the Sociology Department office.
UP-KMS
Ang UP Kalipunan ng Mag-aaral ng Sosyolohiya (UP KMS) ay organisasyong pang-akademiko na naglalayong itaguyod ang dinamiko, makasaysayan, kritikal, at maka-Pilipinong pagaaral ng tao at lipunan para sa pagtataguyod ng kagalingang ng mga mag-aaral ng Sosyolohiya. Taun-taon ang KMS ay naglulunsad ng mga symposia, discussion groups, at intellectual discussions upang linangin ang kagalingan at kaalaman ng mga mag-aaral sa mga napapanahong isyung panlipunan, at ang pagsasanay sa pananaliksik. Nilalayon rin ng UP KMS na pag-isahin ang mga mag-aaral at tulungan ang mga ito na makipagugnayan sa kaguruan ng departamento.
UP Praxis
The UP Praxis is an academic and socio-civic organization that aims to promote Sociology as an academic discipline and as a tool in analyzing social realities to enable students to participate in social change. It coordinates symposia, academic group discussions, outreach programs, and community immersions to raise awareness and render our support to communities.
Kaiba Academic Collective
Kaiba Academic Collective is a group of graduate students who, as social researchers, aim to contribute in the growing literature on sexuality and gender. It is an initiative of a group of openly homosexual scholars with their heterosexual colleagues who stand as their allies to present alternative accounts of gender and sexuality.
PLSS
The Philippine League of Sociology Students (PLSS )is a national alliance of sociology students from different universities in the country. It aims to promote sociology as a discipline by strengthening student academic excellence of and camaraderie among fellow sociology majors, and involvement in their society.
