David received the Lasallian Scholarum Award for Outstanding Published Column Article on Youth and Education. With this year’s theme, ‘Voices that Matter,’ The Scholarum award is given by De La Salle University to individuals who raises “concerns and encourages proactive initiatives toward the development of the country’s educational system.
