Justine Kristel Villegas, graduated with a BA Sociology degree, summa cum laude. She is the second summa cum laude after 33 years, following not Atty. Alma Fernandez-Mallonga who graduated from the Department in 1981.

Justine wrote her thesis on the Filipino elderly. She graduate with honors from Ramon Magsaysay High School in Espana, Manila and was class valedictorian at Andres Bonifacio Elementary school in Tayuman.
