Political Science 151 (The Philippine Executive) is a course on the national executive in the Philippines, its nature and development. The course will focus primarily on the Philippine presidency, as well as other institutions under the executive branch of the government. This is an elective under Area I or Philippine Politics and Government. Therefore, advanced knowledge in this area is expected. Students are required to have finished at least Political Science 11 and 14 before taking this course, and, preferably but not required, Political Science 110 and 150.
